Returns & Warranty

At Marea, each piece is handmade in Vancouver, BC, with care and attention to detail. We want you to love your jewelry, which is why we offer both a warranty for manufacturing defects and a store credit return policy.

Warranty

Our jewelry is warranted for 1 year from the purchase date against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, fading, loss, or accidental damage. Proof of purchase is required. Please email hello@shopmarea.ca with photos to discuss repair or replacement options.

Returns & Store Credit

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for store credit within 14 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for returns:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

• Tags must still be attached

• Items must be returned in their original packaging, bubble mailer, or a hard box to prevent damage in transit

Once we receive your return, you will be issued store credit for the full value of the item. Store credits are valid for 1 year from the date issued.

Please note:

• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returns

• We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit

• Initial shipping fees are non-refundable

International Returns & Duties

• All international duties and taxes are non-refundable

• Customers are responsible for any customs clearance charges, duties, or taxes associated with returning items internationally

• International returns must follow the same 14-day policy and condition requirements listed above

• Shipping for international returns or exchanges is the customer’s responsibility
